Join to apply for the Accountant role at Sun Noodle . **Responsibilities** The Accounting Specialist should have the ability to perform a variety of general accounting support tasks. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with reconciliations, premium billings, and inter-company transactions. Ensure supporting documentation is accurately entered into QuickBooks/ERP. Monitor credit card charges, payment discrepancies, returns, and refunds. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing accounting information. Prepare special financing reports by collecting and summarizing account data. Update daily transactions in QuickBooks. Assist with AP/AR processes and billing/payment reminders. Maintain organized accounting files (hard and soft copies). Charge expenses to accounts and analyze invoices/expenses. Address accounting inquiries from team members and clients. Verify invoice accuracy and compile data for reports. Process invoices for payment. Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding invoices and statements. Organize and prioritize work, perform basic research, and report findings. Apply rules, regulations, and procedures effectively. Proofread financial documents and correct as needed. **Staff Support** Support supervisory and executive staff with accounting and clerical tasks. Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP required. Operate standard office equipment. Respond to vendor and customer emails.
