The Bilingual Spanish Representative provides customer service and sales support by handling inbound calls from insurance policyholders and prospective clients. This role involves assessing customer needs, educating clients on insurance products, and recommending suitable solutions while ensuring effective communication in both Spanish and English. Our Bilingual/Spanish Representative team starts between $37,000 - $40,000 per year ($16.50 - $17.75 an hour base wage and an additional $.50 an hour in onsite differential plus $1 language differential) plus bonus.
