Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and basic computer applications.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Remote
• May require evening or weekend shifts.
• Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
