As an employee-owned company, they focus on long-term investment in their teams, providing opportunities for further training and certifications that create a clear path to growth.

The Field Inspector will play a key role in conducting detailed assessments and assisting clients with important decisions while gaining hands-on experience in environmental and construction risk mitigation, property research, and construction project management. • Work closely with clients to fully understand operations, processes, and any potential environmental risks.
  • Maintain and organize documentation, keeping projects organized and properly tracked.
  • Assist in drafting first-pass reports.
  • Prepare desktop reports and conduct peer reviews, as needed.
  • Receive further training in more advanced site inspections, Phase II ESAs, and environmental/construction reviews, supporting these efforts, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, engineering science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with ESAs, PCAs, Phase II, or construction monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick learner with internal platforms like PODIO.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and ability to collaborate and work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary + bonus opportunities
  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability.
  • Paid time off: vacation, personal, sick days.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
  • Opportunities for training and certifications (Phase I/II ASTM training, OSHA, etc) provided through the company to advance your skills and career.

Work Environment & Travel

This position will require up to 75% travel to sites within a 2-3 hour radius with occasional travel throughout the United States. Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders to get on roofs.
