I am looking for a passionate Product Owner who understands Scrum and Agile REALLY well , and has Mobile Design Experience, as well as JIRA and Confluence.

Base salary DOE, but we can pay you more than anyone else in the Facilities Management Services industry. Bonuses also will be paid on retention in perpetuity + Bonuses on scaling (Upselling)

Position: Product Owner

Job Summary: As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our application by leading the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your strategic and analytical skills to prioritize features, drive product strategy, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Own Full Product Lifecycle: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation to post-launch iterations, ensuring the product's alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features and user stories based on factors including business value, customer needs, market demands, and technical feasibility.
• Sprint Planning: Collaborate with development teams in sprint planning, providing clear and well-defined acceptance criteria for user stories and features.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, fostering effective communication and decision-making among stakeholders.
• User-Centric Approach: Continuously gather user feedback, conduct user testing, and perform research to validate product assumptions, refining the product to better serve user needs.
• Product Strategy: Contribute to shaping the product strategy and vision, considering long-term market trends, competitive landscapes, and user insights.
• Alignment and Presentations: Conduct workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on product direction, goals, and upcoming initiatives.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior product owners and business analyst, sharing your expertise to provide strategic and tactical guidance.
• Industry Analysis: Analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform product strategy and ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
• Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring successful market entry and customer adoption.

What You Will Need:

• Deep Understanding of Scrum and Agile: Profound knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and the ability to guide teams in their effective implementation.
• Mobile Design Experience: Experience and familiarity with mobile design principles and best practices, enabling you to contribute to the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing mobile applications.
• Distributed Team Experience: Previous involvement in working with distributed or remote teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively across different locations and time zones.
• Proficiency in Tools: Knowledge of tools such as Figma for design collaboration, MS Teams for communication, JIRA for project management, and Confluence for documentation, leveraging these platforms to enhance team productivity and project execution.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically, understand market trends, and align product features with business objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and aligning stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing data, user feedback, and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Leadership Skills: Capability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, inspiring them to deliver high-quality results.
• User-Centered Approach: Dedication to understanding user needs and translating them into valuable product features.
