Volunteer pilots and search and rescue teams collaborate nationally to ensure help reaches those in need.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Fundraiser, located in Cornelius, NC. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with donors, organizing events, and managing donor databases. Additionally, the Fundraiser will work on cultivating relationships with both individual and corporate donors, ensuring continuous support for Operation Helos mission. Administrative tasks related to fundraising efforts will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fundraising, Donor Engagement, and Event Organization
• Skills in Relationship Management and Donor Cultivation
• Proficiency in Administrative Tasks and Managing Databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Prior experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
